Board of Directors Nomination Form
 
Submit this form before December 1st 2026 to nominate yourself or someone else as a candidate for our 2027 Hermitage HOA Board of Directors.
 
Candidates names, addresses, and bios will be listed on the Board of Directors ballots. Annual HOA Meetings have traditionally taken place at our clubhouse in mid to late January. Proxy ballots are normally mailed to each homeowner 10-20 days prior. Proxy and in-person ballots are tallied during the meeting.

Nominations are not for a specific director position. Positions are agreed upon by the Board members at the 1st meeting.
