On behalf of our Hermitage Homeowners Association, we would all like to welcome you to your new home and your new neighborhood. We are thrilled that you have chosen to live in Hermitage.
 
The best way to stay informed about Hermitage is through our neighborhood website www.hermitagehoa.org. There you will find upcoming events, news, documents, FAQs and pool key card requests. Registering for an account will also allow us to email you important neighborhood announcements.
 
As an owner of a home in Hermitage, you are a member of our Hermitage Homeowners Association. Our Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors supported by Elite Housing Management, an HOA management company. The Board is elected by homeowners to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining compliance with the governing documents of the Association. Please look over our governing covenants and bylaws you should have received at your closing, available at www.hermitagehoa.org/gov.
 
As a new homeowner, you may already have ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind the Association has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to help maintain community-wide standards.   • Roughly half of our homes are Huntsville City tax district while the rest are Madison County tax district, resulting in different school districts, bulk trash and water services.
Clubhouse Information: www.hermitagehoa.org/clubhouse
  • The clubhouse amenity may be rented solely by Hermitage residents.
  • Residents may rent the clubhouse at www.hermitagehoa.org/rsv for $75/day.
Pool Information: www.hermitagehoa.org/pool
  • The pool amenity is offered only to Hermitage residents and their guests.
  • The Hermitage pool facility is normally open from early to mid-May until late September. Exact dates will be posted on our home page under Upcoming Events. Hours: 10am-9pm daily.
  • Pool entry requires a key card available at www.hermitagehoa.org/pk
  • Each household is entitled to their 1st key card free of charge.
Architectural Reviews: www.hermitagehoa.org/ar
  • Modifications to the exterior of your property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to beginning the project.
  • Note that work started without prior approval may result in being cited for a covenant violation and significant additional cost to alter or restore.
Annual Assessments
  • Our Annual Assessment is due January 1st each year.
  • Follow the prompts on www.hermitagehoa.org/pay to pay dues online.
