Thursday, April 24th, 6pm at Hermitage Clubhouse
This is a regular meeting of the Hermitage Homeowners Association (HHOA) Board of Directors. All HHOA members are invited to observe the regular Board business and are encouraged to participate in discussions as time permits.
Regular Board business is typically conducted within the first hour. Following regular business, the Board may need to reconvene privately in executive session to address any personal or sensitive resident business.

The Hermitage pool facility is normally open from early to mid-May until late September. Exact dates are determined yearly.

Saturday, May 17th, 7am
The Hermitage Community-Wide Yard Sale will be Saturday, May 17th from 7am to noon. Set up items in your driveway and/or garage. In case of inclement weather, the rain-out date will be May 24th. We’ll be advertising online and placing signs at entrances visible to traffic. Yard sales may continue after noon, but we’ll be pulling signs at noon.
