About Hermitage HOA

As an owner of a home in Hermitage, you are a member of our Hermitage Homeowners Association and have an interest in the safety and appearance of our neighborhood. If you don’t attend HHOA meetings or vote in HHOA elections, you are surrendering your right to influence the rules that you must live by. Participating in this very local democratic process allows you to impact the way your neighborhood is run, ensure that your community is properly maintained, and let your voice be heard.

Governing Documents

Your Hermitage Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of Hermitage homeowners who have volunteered to serve. The Board employs a property management company, Elite Housing Management, to assist with the day-to-day management of our community.

Neighborhoods benefit from more community involvement. There are many ways to help our Hermitage community. Consider volunteering for one of our committees. And we all appreciate homeowners willing to serve on our board. We have annual elections of board members and stagger terms so that only a few members cycle off the board at any one time. Board members are expected to make all decisions with the interest of our community at heart. Payment will be the satisfaction of seeing our community prosper.
