Architectural Committee
| The Hermitage Board of Directors has assumed the role of this committee. Any resident willing to assume the role of committee Lead should contact the Board to revive this committee. The Lead schedules and chairs the meetings, and coordinates with the Board. |
Our purpose is to preserve neighborhood aesthetics and property values.
What we mainly do:
- Help homeowners navigate the Architectural Review process
- Improve the Architectural Review process
- Assist with non-routine or atypical Architectural Reviews
Our HOA contracts a property management company to handle the overall Architectural Review process. We help them gather the relevant info for our Board of Directors to make a final decision based on our covenants. Therefore our Board is our true Architectural Control Committee (ACC) per our covenants.
What we do NOT:
We do NOT enforce rules or issue violation letters. Our property management company handles this odious, yet necessary task.
