You must wait for approval from Elite ARC Department before work begins. If any question cannot be answered using the available choices, you need to instead request a standard Architectural Review.

Hermitage Sign Guidelines allow for a Contractor sign to be placed to identify your home to workers, provided that it will be removed at project completion.
Elite will begin an Architectural Review based on this form.
You will need to attach to that Review a drawing of the driveway extension in relation to existing driveway, structures and property lines.
