You must wait for approval from Elite ARC Department before work begins. If any question cannot be answered using the available choices, you need to instead request a standard Architectural Review.

Are you aware that neighbors can hold you liable if your fence encroaches onto their property?	Yes
You must obtain permission from all neighbors whose fence you wish to attach.
Will your fence attach to a neighbor's existing fence?
Will your fence be uniform on all sides (except for attached fences)?	Yes
Uniform means same style, material and color on all sides except for any portion of the fence that is part of a connected neighboring fence.
Will your fence be located no closer to the street than the front of your home?	Yes
Will it be located no closer to the street than 25 feet?	Yes
Regardless of material, will your fence be between 70" and 74" in height?	Yes
Regardless of material, will the pickets be vertical?	Yes

All examples are Olympic Stain colors. You are not required to use Olympic brand stain, but you are required to match the color to one of the approved colors.

Hermitage Sign Guidelines allow for a Contractor sign to be placed to identify your home to workers, provided that it will be removed at project completion.
Elite will begin an Architectural Review based on this form.
You will need to attach to that Review a drawing of the new fence in relation to property lines and existing structures.
But IF you are rebuilding your fence on the footprint of your existing fence, we do NOT need a drawing.
