Hermitage Pool is Open
Posted on May 3rd, 2025

Your Hermitage Pool is open for the 2025 season 10 AM to 9 PM daily. Please report any issues to the board here. Report trespassing, vandalism or other illegal activity to the Madison County Sheriff's Office by dialing 256-722-7181 or 911.

To enter the pool facility, hold your key card close to the card-reader on either side of the gate. It should beep and release the magnet holding the gate closed. If the reader beeps but does not release the gate, either the card is disabled or it is outside pool hours. If the reader doesn't beep, the card may be damaged. For help, contact our Property Manager.

You as members of the Hermitage Homeowners Association have made it clear to your HHOA Board that it is a priority that you and especially your kids feel safe at your pool. The Board takes this responsibility seriously and reminds you to:
  • ALWAYS ensure that gates close and lock behind you when entering or exiting the facility
  • ALWAYS clean up after yourselves AND your guests
  • ALWAYS ensure your kids are supervised
  • NEVER allow your key card to be used by anyone outside of your household
  • NEVER open or hold the gate open for anyone to enter but your household members & guests
  • NEVER prop open the gate
Review the Pool Rules that you agreed to abide by when you requested your pool key card. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the actions of anyone you allow to enter as well as anyone they might allow. Any violations or losses incurred as the result of actions taken by them would be your responsibility. We understand that it can be awkward to deny someone access who is asking for your help, but if you aren't willing to be held accountable for them, we request that you politely inform them that you are unable to swipe them in and point them to our website to request a pool key card.

Thanks for all you do in helping to keep our pool a pleasant and clean environment!
